What is the procedure to book the Luxury MPV/SUV for a business trip?Here are the process to book your ride: a. Head over to limo2go.sg/service and choose the type of car. b. Click either Hourly or One-Time button and it will lead you to the pages to fill up your trip details. c. Once done, make your online payment. d. Once payment completed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. e. You will be reminded by our chauffeur once the date of the trip is near.

Can I extend my booking time with the Luxury MPV/SUV if needed?Yes, definitely it is possible. It will be based on our HOURLY rates (additional midnight charges will apply if it crosses 2359hrs)

What happens if we have more luggage than the specified capacity?We will recommend booking another car. One vehicle can only fit in maximum of 4 adults and 4 large luggages.

Is gratuity included in the price of the service?No as this is not obligatory. If you would like to provide tips to our chauffeurs, you may provide them in cash (SGD) before or after your pickup and drop-off.

Is there a limit on the amount of luggage I can bring with me during the transfer?You will need to indicate the number of luggage during your booking as we will recommend which vehicle is suitable for the pick-up if the selected type of vehicle is not suitable.
